NextSet is a workout rest timer that you can use without creating an account. Timer and workout records are stored on your device and are not collected by the developer.

1. Information stored on your device

The app stores the following information to provide its features.

• Settings: Default rest duration, alert settings, and display settings
• Timer state: Information about your current timer
• Recent workouts: Summaries of your last 30 workouts — start and end times, set counts, rest counts and total rest time, and skipped rests
• App usage state: Which first-use tips you have seen, the number of saved workouts, identifiers of deleted records, and change timestamps used for device synchronization

2. Widgets and Apple Watch

The app and its widgets share timer information through the same App Group storage.

When you use a paired Apple Watch, timer settings, state, and workout summaries are transferred between your iPhone and Watch using Apple's device connectivity features.

3. Information sent to the developer

• The current app has no feature that sends information to a developer server.
• The app contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
• The developer does not collect your timer or workout records.
• The app does not access HealthKit health data, location, contacts, the camera, or the microphone.

4. Notification permission

The app requests notification permission to let you know when rest ends. Notifications are scheduled on your device.

You can change notification permission at any time in your device's system settings.

5. Keeping and deleting records

• Retention: Summaries of your last 30 workouts are stored on your device.
• How to delete: You can delete records in Recent workouts.
• Per-device deletion: Deletion applies only to that device. Records on another paired device must be deleted separately on that device.
• App deletion and backups: Deleting the app may remove its local data. Device backup and restore follow your Apple settings and Apple's service policies.
