Changing the rest duration
Choose a preset on the timer screen or change the default rest duration in Settings.
Alerts and Apple Watch
The device where you start a rest schedules its end alert. Allow notifications on Apple Watch for rests started there. Alerts for rests started on iPhone follow the system's Apple Watch notification routing settings.
Changes made on another device require a connection. While disconnected, also change or stop the timer on the device that scheduled the alert.
Missing sounds or notifications
Check the app's Sound option and your device's notification permissions, volume, and Focus settings. The final 3-second sound and haptic cues play while the app is open. Background rest-end alerts use system notifications.
If the app reports that an alert could not be scheduled, tap Try again. If it still fails, keep the app open until rest ends and check your notification settings.
Lock Screen and widgets
Enable Live Activity in Settings to show the timer on supported Lock Screens and Dynamic Island. The system may delay the transition to the rest-ended display.
For widget setup, open Settings → How to add widgets.
Workout records
The app keeps your last 30 workout summaries locally. Paired devices exchange summaries when connected. The developer does not receive these records.
Delete records using the trash button in Recent workouts. Deletion applies to that device, so delete records separately on any other paired device.
